Team deathmatch can be done with commands in command blocks (/scoreboard) and since there is an 'execute command' code block in the procedure editor, this can probably be done.
My answer is Yes, anything you can do with commands can be set up in the procedure editor.
I do not know exactly how to set up the commands, but I have seen it in several minigames.

A separate Gamemode (when creating a new world) is not possible with MCreator alone.
