Well, there are mods of that on this website but it’s not really allowed by Mojang because of copyrighted texture/models/concepts.
Not allowed ? MCreator is not affiliated to Mojang so what's the problem
If Mojang finds a mod that uses their copyrighted textures, etc, the creator of the mod will get in a lot of legal trouble because it goes against Minecraft TOS/EULA. (Not sure which one it is)

If you want 1.14 features in 1.12 then use the Future mc mod on curseforge.
Yeah but the Future mod isn't really good, because there are no mobs. Also, the oceans are the same :/
Thats why I switched to 1.15. Also 1.15 was the first version of minecraft that I played modded. I have only played java edition since around February 2020.
