This would open a whole new realm of possibility for custom methods of enchanting. Custom enchantment tables that require special materials or advancements to use, or ways to get above-max enchantments on gear would be amazing!

there is already this procedure block
I'm not sure you get my proposal. It's to enchant the item in a slot of a GUI, which cannot be done by "enchant provided item" because it only applies to the item that triggered the procedure.
UPDATE: This is now possible as of MCreator 2020.3.
What is the name of this procedure block?
