I'm trying to make an Alloy Furnace that requires 2 ingots and produces 1. I have my slots and GUI made, I just need a way to use If ____ AND _____ AND_____, does this exist? How else should I do this if it doesn't?

Yes, put an AND. It is one of the logic operators, not the "If" block itself
