Can you show a picture of your block's generation page?
i want it to spawn where iron does

That block will only generate in blocks called "Soul Core Ore", not stone, which is what other ores like iron generates in.
Soul Core Ore Is the ore it that it is
do i just change it
Change it to stone and generate a new world or explore new chunks and you will find it.
