I don't know why but for some reason whenever I do the run client button, Minecraft opens up normally but everytime I try and open a world, Minecraft freezes after awhile and then crashes... The only thing that could possibly help that was said in the console is this:
> Task :runClient FAILED
FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.
* What went wrong:
Execution failed for task ':runClient'.
> Process 'command 'C:\Program Files\Pylo\MCreator\jdk\bin\java.exe'' finished with non-zero exit value -1
* Try:
Run with --stacktrace option to get the stack trace. Run with --info or --debug option to get more log output. Run with --scan to get full insights.

1.8.0_252-b09 of what?
The Java Version. Look at the comments.
I do have 1.8.0_252-8 of java but How do I update to 1.8.0_252-b09?
you have 1.8.0_252-b09
you are supposed to be on stable 1.8.0_251-b08
How did you update to b09?
b08 is the current newest
Anyways, to "update" java (even though you have a newer version) to the latest stable version, go to your java control panel and click on update
It says that its the latest version. Is it really the latest version or is there still a b09 out there
you have b09, b08 is the latest, idrk how you got b09
Magic, probably
wait, whenever I make an entirely new mod and test things out, it works out perfectly...
I don't know if its something in my mcreator project but whenever I create a new workspace It works normally whenever running client. But whenever I use my original workspace that had the error it still does it
Maybe try regenerating the code?
delete the gradle folder and make it redownload
so just delete the .gradle in my workspace's folder and redownload mcreator?
Not in workspace folder but in <user home>/.mcreator.
Check https://mcreator.net/wiki/gradle-setup-errors
OH ok, the gradle in my .mcreator folder.
