My friend installed my mod, and when he tries to place the block I made, it immediately deletes itself. He can hold it, and it shows up in the correct lists, but when he places the block it just dissapears?
Is this an issue with how I made the mod or is it an issue on his end?

If so, it is an issue with your mod, likely.
2. Are there any procedures set up for it?
If you are doing it on a server then you probably havent installed it on the server properly
