viewing vanilla code

How do I see the vanilla code? with the old versions it was always super easy to view the vanilla code but with the newer versions the code is hidden. I've tried to use winRAR to unzip the jar files but all i see is a random jumble of symbols.

I think that the basic code for Vanilla is unseeable unless you have a specific compiler that allows you to see the unjumbled Vanilla Code. Mojang does this because your not allowed to release the unjumbled code to everyone, but you can have access to the code, there are multiple versions of unjumbled code you can find online.

In MCreator there is some kind of green bar, on the left of the screen. You need to click on this bar, maintain the click and drag it to the right. You'll see some files there. Click on External Libraries and then on Gradle-forge-<version>-blablabla-launcher.
Then go to net and minecraft and you'll see all the files!
