Issue description
Disabling a specific damage type using procedures. This would be useful for example for lightning swords since they would otherwise damage the user.
This would be implemented using "Disable [damage type] damage for [entity]" and "Enable [damage type] damage for [entity]"

Damage logic can't be controlled this way, unfortunately, but you could cancel damage on global damage trigger I believe.
