Move through blocks at “custom cobweb speeds”?

There is the “set entity in cobweb” procedure block, but it only allows for one speed.

For example, soul sand (I think) is slower than walking through cobwebs. I would like to be able to have blocks that you move slightly faster/slower through than cobwebs.

And by the way, I don’t want to use potion effects to do this.

I could be wrong on this, but I think making a block's slipperiness lower than normal could do this? Kind of a shot in the dark, but I don't see why this wouldn't work.

Yea this is probably the right approach, the default slipperiness is 0.6 and if you set it lower it would probably decrease movement speed
