I'm trying to do it and answer your question, but I'm not sure how to do it, maybe when you place the block an entity is placed and that entity can shoot when you, for example, right click and, when you try to break it, the entity disappear and the block replace it. It could have some problems, like, if you don't finish breaking it, it will stay as block, but is the best answer i can think and that problem must have an easy solution that I'm not thinking about.
I am trying it and I did it by creating a procedure for the Redstone On-trigger, I then used blocks from the "Projectile Procedures" tab and from the "Block Management" tab but it says missing dependencies for some reason
