Topic category: Help with Minecraft modding (Java Edition)
I have been constructing many mods now where I require items that use a bucket. For example I have created my own custom bucket that is filled with paint, when I place this in a crafting grid with a block in order to dye it, I want an empty bucket to be left in the grid so I don't need to waste loads of iron. I have already tried loads of ways to tackle this, one obvious feature is to tick the box that says 'stay in crafting grid'. This is useful but for my scenario it is unrealistic. I also tried creating a custom procedures, but they have been updated and some of the input blocks have been renamed or changed. So some older tutorials on here seem outdated. (correct me if i'm wrong)
Is there any possible way to do this for 1.15.2 that works? Or will I have to wait for a future update? (e.g. MCreator 2020.4)
A response would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
I think everyone is waiting for 2020.4.
It's been 50 years including me and I haven't even been able to make a cable.
It's simple:
just make the recipe and save it, than make the same recipe again (but with different name of course) and put empty bucket in the crafting grid. It worked when I did it and I'm working with MCreator 2020.3, so it should work for you.
Sorry for my English.
Sorry, put the empty bucket to the output slot, not the crafting grid.
