I was importing a entity model with animations into mcreator but when I try to, a window pops up saying,"This model needs Geckolib library to support animations and build properly." What do I do to make the animations work.
animations were made in blockbench.
I have a question, how is the animation plugin used in blockbench, does it tell you what action it is or something similar?
It requires thirdparty lib installed with mod and will require come coding after importing the model.
I don’t understand
Do you have a tutorial on how to do it?
You have to install the geckolib plugin
Which I did but won’t import the entity
Geckolib does not have MCreator support. It requires you to actually code the mod properly and have Geckolib as a dependency.
quoted from NorthWestTrees MCreator discord:
soooo is there a working way to make animations
Please, we understand that you hope to have the animations lib supported by Mcreator, but unfortunately:
