Place a custom marker on a map

Hi ! I want to know if it is possible to put a marker on a map for a specific block or coordinates and how can I do it. I look on youtube and I see this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uKRwGcxAgco&t=1050s I want to do the same thing. Thanks for your help :D
