Custom Particle Effect Functionality

Hi!

So since I'm bad at wording forum bodies, I'll get straight to the point.

Can you guys please add custom particle effect functionality? This would allow me to create cool armor sets that summon custom particles around the player, projectiles that use custom particles, etc.
