Disable/Enable Mod Elements

Issue description

I know it's not something nessesary, but a way to like, disable a mod element without deleting it would be useful in some cases, disabling will just keep the mod element but not apply it in game, we can enable it when we want

At the moment, there are two problems with this: 1. the MCreator's generator system would need modifications to work this way that is a bit out of scope given the number of tickets waiting to fix 2. this could easily break workspaces when users disabled need mod elements so great care at UX will be needed. I will consider adding this later down the road.

Ok, but you know, people should know what they do sometimes Lol, if it was me using, i wouldn't juste disable any random mod elements, of course it will cause build errors
