Unfortunately, custom blocks can not be added in any Bedrock add-ons. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I believe this extends beyond just MCreator.
you can make custom TONS of stuff, just they dont show up in the creative tab. Its an MC bug right now.
but blocks i think are broken on mcreator
