many people think "how to make a delay block in their procedures" They search for guides on YouTube but some do not find it. And if they do, they use a lot of blocks to add delay. So please add a delay block.
Use Search Function.
Adding a delay block is impossible. Making a delay is impossible except in some cases where the procedure has to trigger multiple times (tick times, like block update tick, player update tick, ...) and in those cases, you do not require delay block, you can make it yourself with NBT tags
