When you're working on a mod and...

When you're working on a mod and everything is going pretty smoothly, and you decide you expand a certain feature just a bit to make it a bit more eye appealing for users.. AND hours later, after you got it all looking nice, a different feature of the mod that has nothing to do with what you changed, completely breaks, and now everything works but that..

THEN!!  You spend hours working on that trying to get that part working again and have it broken even more than when you started, just to say screw it, and you rip that feature completely out so you can re-write it over again..

Then you get sidetracked with a different idea, and then you start working on a new mod :D.. and have like 20 unfinished workspaces for mod ideas. eventually trickling out a mod or two every now and then..

Fun times.

Feel free to post your when working on a mod stories..

I feel you

When your working on a mod and have everything finished but then you can't load test worlds and can't load the jar thru minecraft so everything is useless and you have to copy 85+ mod elements by hand to create something that actually works. :)
