I created 2 dimensions for my mod but I only want custom entities on it, how can I do it? Like, random entities spawn. How do I change that?

Use custom biomes that only specify custom entities for spawning.

@Klemen They Still Appear, I changed the entity spawn on my biomes and putted this biomes on the dimension but mobs still spawn
