Not sure if this has been reported before, but I'm almost certain the download count is broken.
Why? well, just by updating the description of my mod, I keep on getting more. "But vami, it takes some time and people can download meanwhile."
Well then coincidentally 2 people downloaded right as I updated the description in 10 seconds. It feels very unlikely.
Additionally, why my mod would get 20 downloads in the first place is weird, since it's in such an alpha state, I don't see why anyone would want to download it. I'm not being self-degrading or anything, just being realistic.
I might be mistaken, but it's really weird that somehow I get a lot of downloads after updating my mod description.

it seems its a bug in the main code.
I got 300 downloads on a mod I made when I was a little squeaker and didn't know how to do anything, and somehow people are on the internet for far too long. It's kinda what happens.
Reading this post makes me less proud of my first mod. Which has 400 something downloads. ( but then again its not a recent mod so who knows?)
