Hello all, how can i create potion with "vamprisim" effect (heal "n" hearts instantly)?

Hello all, how can i create potion with "vamprisim" effect (heal "n" hearts instantly)?

Check the "Potion" mod element. It allows you to make a custom effect, and a potion bottle for it.
But how can I use a potion on myself when I hit the entity?
Try this kind of procedure:

Just replace the regeneration with your effect.
