Do you want to make a Living Entity that can receive damage to individual Body Parts?
Without code, this can't be done with only one Living Entity. You would need one Living Entity for each Body Part, and have a procedure that teleports the body part to wherever it needs to be. This might work although it will make animations and hitboxes very strange.
