Mod Gone Without a .mcr file

Hello. So i have this mod called More Bosses Mod. I have been working on it for a while now but one day i went to go work on it and i cant launch the game to test it due to everything being an error, so i shut off my pc and turned it back on and poof, the workspace was gone. no .mcr, no backups no nothing. if you want to see the version i left off of here is the curseforge website: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/more-bosses-mod-by-mythical. if anyone can help me fix this problem i would be so greatful, thanks.
