An axe that destroys the whole tree

I'm creating mod for 1.12.2 and I want the axe to be able to destroy the whole tree if I destroy one block of the tree ... Is it possible ?? Pls how??

If you are using 2020.5 there is a procedure template.

If not, update to 2020.5 and use the 1.12 plugin.

i done it, 
replace block above, below, left, right, front and back with tree air if its logs

on tree air update, run the same procedure
