I THINK (it is not proved!!!) you have to go to the Strukture (in the normal .minecraft Folder) folder and than search for the Village. Than you can make you strukture and past it into the Structure->Village Folder(or something like that idk), because I think Minecraft have many Villager House Structures in their Village Folder or so and their spawn randomly one of them. So if it is right what I said (I don't tested it out!) than you can past you Village Structure in there and it will spawn in random Villages, but again, if it is right it will not spawn in every Village! (I think all thees thinks that I have listed, so try it out, usualy it works!)

Can I make a datapack and go along with the mod? or do I have to Do it Seperatley?

like replace the villagers house is that possible with mcreator? like your custom house will replace a villagers house

I don’t think this will work since if you will just replace structure of the house:
1. Isn’t structures are saved inside minecraft’s version jar file? And as I know this is jar modding which is bad.
So like Goldorion said use data packs.

There is no need in creating new data pack since mod IS data pack just with code.
