i tries almost everything on there, including making my antivirus software be able to ignore Mcreator, i deleted the gradle files, i even changed to mobile data for internet, i reset my router, nothing works

It seems your antivirus is interfering with SSL connections. This may not be directly linked to mcreator exclusion in your av, but some avs do mess with SSL in ways they shouldn't
