how do I publish my mod? (Solved)

COmmunity -> Upload a mod

When on the MCreator Program, if you look at the Top Right you should see an orange file icon with an arrow pointing right, click on that. Let MCreator do its thing packaging the mod for you and then save the mod in a location accessible to you.

It will be a .jar file that you will use to upload the mod.

When you are on the page for uploading a mod, on the Details Section there is a part which says Connected forum topic.

You want to put the link to the forum there

it doesn't work for me it just downloads the vanilla minecraft launcher

go to https://mcreator.net/forum and there is an upload my mod btn
