How I can do that only the eyes glow and not all the body?

I want to make my mob whit glowing eyes. I put the eyes in the position of the eyes in my texture and the rest whithout background but for some reason all the mob glows. Not only the eyes.

The rest of the mob needs to be coloured black. Transparent parts will glow
