I am trying to make a item pipe, and have figured out how to get the item but dont know how to detect the rotation of the pipe, i need to detect what direction the pipe is facing and have the block behind the direction of pipe get detected.

Ive seen most of those and i was still having problems, i have also made the battery and tried to turn that into a pipe but to no success.
