basically, i want to know if it's possible to make custom blocks not require tools without locking code and if this will be fixed in 2021.2

basically, i want to know if it's possible to make custom blocks not require tools without locking code and if this will be fixed in 2021.2
I think the easiest way would be setting block type to something other than rock or metal, but I think it also works if you set tool level to 0 and set tool used to not specified.
