Please help me! please.
I opened a mcreator project when the same project was already open, I moved forward with the project and closed it, and I realized that there was another tab with the same project open, I closed it and when I returned to enter there was only up to a part and not where I had advanced, please help me! please! advance a lot I do not want to waste my time please help me
There is another thing when I export the incomplete project it weighed the same as the one that was advancing, add the elements that you add to the other project and it continued to weigh the same, surely if it was saved but the changes do not appear, how can I have the advanced project again, help me please!

try finding the advanced (changed) project on your workspace's backup folder (C:\Users\[your username]\MCreatorWorkspaces\[your workspace's name]\.mcreator\workspaceBackups) and see if the latest backups made contains the saved changes, it might work
then try to import the .zip files of the backup you found on the workspaceBackups folder in MCreator (test them one by one) by clicking "File" > "import workspace from shareable zip"
and don't do that again next time, just remember what tabs you have open ^^
