Just try designing your own house. Then add a custom villager or normal villager or anything in the house. Then do /give @s structure_block 64 (a command, type in chat you probably know this but just in case) Then you just save it. But make sure to include entities, and make sure your villager is in the box. Then once you've saved it, import it into mcreator. Then make a structure spawn in the workspace. There, make it spawn in groups. It can be groups of 4~10 or anything you want, depending on the number of houses you want. Finally choose the biomes, dimensions to spawn in if you want.
