Increase the limits of the structure block

I think it would be better to the structure block to increase the limits or to not have limits, if you could make massive structures like a big castle, because of the limits you cannot make big structures as you want, except if you make a little or big system that could grief the structure.

Bonus: It would be great to add a new type of movement for entities which would be teleportation (like endermans).
