Please change topic to RESOLVED, it will help others find it faster.
thanks! im new in here, how to change topic to resolved..?
and i can't replace the my skin on your template,
Up top you should see an option which allows you to edit it. In my old post, the option is gone. But if you cannot see it, just reply with "Resolved". It might help someone else.
Once your understand how it is done, it will become easy, watch the following:
Here is the end result, just rename it.
Try it again. And let us know, I check later.
Oh, layers won't work in MCreator bipeds. You only use the top portion, one arm is for both sides ... same as legs.
Edit the topic title, then save it.
thanks! I would still be stuck on what to do without this.
i do not see the edit button.
my textures are a 64x32 texture, and it still doesnt work, it looks sideways to me
THAT DOES NOT WORK!
I am using old Minecraft 64x32 textures precisely like the ones in these videos and the result is an eldritch abomination, the face texture goes to the legs, many parts of the body are missing, everything is unintelligible.
Now Minecraft's biped texture mappings are essentially the same as player skins. Some of the second layer parts of the skin are not used, but you can just put in a player skin and it will work fine.
MCreator has not yet updated the interface where it says that biped skins are not player skins, but in recent Minecraft versions, they actually are the same.
