Topic category: Help with MCreator software
Whenever I try to open or create a workspace on the newest version it fails. It gives me and error on the "stopping running gradle daemons" task and then a popup appears that says "Workspace setup failed". I've done every solution on https://mcreator.net/wiki/gradle-setup-errors
Hope this can be fixed.

I have similar problem. I cant open or make workspaces in mcreator 2021.3. I will tell you how i fixed mine if i even manage to fix it
i think mine fixed it took it 30 minutes to make set up gradle project now its inporting gradle project
Try istalling older version or reinstalling minecraft

This is error for opening a workspace, how about the error when you create one?
Unfortunately niether of the solutions above worked for me.

It seems to be the same type of error when opening as when creating. I also dealt with this problem when trying to use the snapshots for 2021.3
