as the title says, does 1.16 stays? because mojang did something wrong that some of computers cant load above 1.16 now

Wdym? Of course you still can use 1.16 in MCreator (1.16 generator)
ye but mcreator sooner or later will be updated to 1.19 so i am asking if 1.16 stays forever

No version has stayed forever, so I seriously doubt 1.16.5 will. I did see a poll from an MCreator developer that whenever 1.18.1 comes for MCreator, which version would be the second version, but again I doubt 1.16.5 will stay for that long.
then i cant update mcreator now because if i do, i will not be able to mod my minecraft my way anymore
Wdym you can't upgrade? 1.16 generator exists in mcreator 2021.3, and you can update the generator to 1.17
