Is there a way to copy and paste directly from Aseprite to MCreator's sprite editor?

I use Aseprite as my pixel tool of choice, and it really sucks having to download each individual texture as a separate file twice. Would there be any way to take directly from my Aseprite workspace to my MCreator worspace?
