How to make enchantments that will explode 1 tnt on the player's position (1.17.1)

I recently have been working on a mod for me and a few friends, and I need help making a enchant that goes on any sword (or axe). The enchant will be if a player has a sword with the explosion enchantment, put the player into the air. There is 10 Levels, Each Meaning a Different Amount of TNT
