Gradle cache corrupted! Help please.

Every time I load or create new mods, I get a "Gradle cache corrupted" message. I have tried various methods from reinstalling Mcreator to uninstalling all anti-viruses. No way worked. And when I manage to skip it, the same message pops up every now and then. Additionally, I can't download my mod. I appreciate any help.
