hello there! i would like some help on my new mod VRC Vanilla ReCreated the mod is about adding more stuff into Minecraft because the game is starting to get a bit boring and ive seen people try to fix this with mods and i want to try and make my own so if you would please help a man out :D if you can model in blockbench better than i can or you can make textures then join me please

I could help with block or item textures
so i am trying to make this item i have use xp as like its power so when a player has 5 xp the item will do its thing but if the player doesnt have 5 xp then the item wont work
