How do I find out the growth stage of a vanilla plant? I need it so that there would be more drop from already fully grown crops.

it's probably in the NBT tags, search around on the wiki or something to find what the tag is called, and then check for the tag using the code block in the block data section
Did you found it ? I want to let the player right click fully grown crops to break them and plant them again
