Created a java file in blockbench, but when i try to upload it, nothing happens, nothing shows up and the .java file is not seen.

are you implementing it with the Java 3D importer in the resources tab and then the tab in 3D Models and Texture mappings and make sure that is a Java file, if you found the model in the tab then you might be not checking the right pull down menu for the thing
