Be able to have a MCreator and have a collaborator doing traditional coding.

I am creating a mod but my collaborator rather using normal coding traditionally, is there a way that we can have myself coding in MCreator and them adding to the project through intellij using Java.

Yes, it is possible. MCreator workspace is also gradle workspace.

Just make sure files edited by hand are locked if they belong to mod element
