How do I make my custom enchants conflict with another

I have an enchant that I created. But how would I make it incompatible with another enchant E.g. (Fire Aspect)

i can't find it in the element editor so you should probably use a procedure that triggers when something is enchanted, then check if the new enchantment is your custom one, then if the item already contains the incompatible enchantments then cancel the trigger
