Hey My question is whether you can record with the help of OBS or otherwise, Mcreator and upload it to YouTube or Twitch.
Since you can see parts of Mcreator's code in the vidios
and if I remember correctly, that is against copyright
and excuse my bad english

I think what's illegal is sharing the default code of Minecraft (to prevent people pirating it). Not the code you create for MCreator mods. It's a free open source software so I have to imagine showing anything from within the program is fine.
I see youtubers use MCreator code in their tutorials all the time.
I'm not a lawyer though, I guess you should wait for a moderator to tell you for sure.
MCreator is open source so you can show MCreator's code freely.
Also you are very welcome to record MCreator videos for YT
