Proceedure happens twice and "is provided world remote (client)" does not work. Neither does putting NOT in front of it

Proceedure happens twice and "is provided world remote (client)" does not work. Neither does putting NOT in front of it

I have spent a long time trying to figure this out now and I can't figure it out. I have made a proceedure to spawn an entity when my bullet hits a block however it plays twice. I have already tried using the "is provided world remote (client)" and putting NOT in front of it. Neither of those work. Why is it playing twice?

Never mind I might have found a solution. Manually detecting the ground in it's flying tick trigger and despawning the immidiate source entity
