I have tombstones with custom block shapes and I do have them checked with " has transparent parts". I have changed the transparent type from "solid" all the way down to "transparent" all 4 do the same as you see in the picture. I even checked "connected sides" that also didn't change anything. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Have you changed your bounding boxes of the block to match your model?
