Possibility of "RCreator" or "RBCreator"

So as you may or may not have heard, there's been groups of people on Roblox modifying games. These players are called exploiters. There are two main types of exploiters. 1: cheaters, or players that modify the game to get an unfair advantage and ruin the experience for other players. 2: modders, or players that modify the game to challenge themselves and friends and create new experiences while they wait for the game's developers to update the game.

Does that second category sound familiar?

I have a feeling that Roblox is soon going to have a built-in way to mod games, and each game will be able to choose whether to allow modifications. This could happen anywhere in the next couple years. These modifications would likely only be usable in private servers (and *maybe* public servers if someone pays Robux or there's a vote). If this does end up happening, would I (or anybody else that gets to it first) be able to get permission to create "RCreator" or "RBCreator" as a Roblox modification creation software and possibly a website to showcase mods?

I believe someone has done this before with Terraria (TCreator?) so I figure I'd ask.

If you create your software from scratch, you don't need to ask permission (obviously).

If you create your software based on MCreator, you just need to make sure to follow everything from the licence.

If you create it by using a Java plugin for MCreator, you don't need to ask permission. You just create it and if it follows all rules of the website, it will be accepted. There is no rule about making a plugin related to Minecraft only. Everyone makes plugins related to Minecraft (or MCreator itself) because this is the purpose of the software and this is for what it has been made, but if you are able to make something else using MCreator, it should not be a problem. You can read more about the rules on this page. https://mcreator.net/wiki/general-publishing-guidelines
