Render items / text on block procedure.

This would allow players to render items very similar to spawn item/gem procedure except players could get items from a blocks inventory or gui slot and render it on a plack at x y z position. I especially need this for my shop plugin with player shop blocks that look like item displays and would function as a shop and display the item in a specified slot.
